Our Transitional Living Program For Young Adults: A Supportive Environment

Even as young adults crave independence, there is also a desire to know they are not alone. Journey Home Young Adult understands and appreciates the uniqueness of this transitional period for young adults. Our community provides a safe and supportive space for like-minded young women to develop friendships, grow from past experiences, and mature into independent young adults. Journey Home Young Adult was created for young women ages 18-23 who are looking for ongoing support after completing a therapeutic program as they transition into adulthood.

Though we are located in Utah, we have helped young women from New Mexico and all over find happiness and success during this period of growth and change. We encourage our young women to take bigger steps toward a thriving young adulthood experience by focusing on finding small, daily successes. Journey Home Young Adult empowers students to feel confident about the life choices they are making. This is one of the reasons we use a principle-based living approach.
