Getting Help at Failure To Launch Programs for Mississippi Young Adults
The idea of getting help from somewhere outside of your traditional support system can be a daunting task, but this is exactly what failure to launch programs are designed to do. By helping young adults get out of their comfort zone and get into a space where they can be independent and successful, failure to launch programs help Mississippi young adults move forward with their lives. Many teens have found hope through Journey Home Young Adult, an independent living program for 18-23 year old women. Although we are located in Utah, teens from Mississippi have found their path toward a healthy, sustainable life through Journey Home Young Adult’s program.
who we help
We help teens ages 18-23 who need ongoing support after completing a prior, more intensive treatment program. Our clients are developing independence while making the transition into healthy young adulthood.
A typical client in the Journey Home Young Adult program is a child who has made significant strides in areas of emotional development, self-motivation, self-confidence and a sense of emotional maturity. They have specific goals they are committed to in the areas of academics, vocational and career choices. Our clients are focusing on emotional, physical and relational health.

How We’re Different From Other Failure To Launch Programs
The Journey Home Young Adult difference is that we serve teens that have completed a treatment program just before enrolling at our failure to launch program. After the gains that these teens have made in other treatment programs, it helps to have support through the transition to young adulthood. Our clinical staff has had years of experience in transitional living settings, helping teens navigate issues like depression, anxiety, academic struggles, and low self esteem.
