With so many options in Salt Lake and the freedom to explore what interests you, the possibilities are endless! You can grab a pour-over coffee and head to an art opening you’ve been waiting to see with your friends. Or be the first one on the mountain that day for skiing. With so many options, Salt Lake City is the ideal location to try something new. There are delightful neighborhood cafes, an incredible live-music scene, and a number of museums, including a zoo, aquarium, and planetarium. Free concerts near the house are a favorite summertime activity, and the farmers market is a weekly trip we all enjoy!

The outdoors provides a beautiful backdrop for our transitional program. Nestled in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountain range, we have Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon nearby. Known for their picturesque scenery, these easily accessible natural wonders offer many activities including: hiking, biking, rock-climbing, camping, picnicking, and fishing.

You’ll have the independence to pursue and explore all that Salt Lake has to offer, with the support of our team behind you. If you are unsure of where to start, we have you covered: our weekly program includes activity and recreational services, life coaching, a health/fitness coach, and community mentorship services. Whatever your goals are, we are here to help you every step of the way. And your daily schedule is completely tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.
