Ohio Young Women Transitioning into Adulthood at Failure to Launch Programs

At Journey Home Young Adult, we see the transition to young adulthood as an event to be celebrated! We have cultivated a supportive and intentional community to encourage Ohio teens to face the unique challenges of life transitions, particularly into young adulthood. Young people who have previously been in treatment are in unique situations during this transition. Due to the circumstances, they know that they may need a bit more support and structure than other young adults living independently might. These people also have likely gone on their own journey of self-discovery up until this point and want to be in a community that understands and respects their progress. Journey Home Young adult was created for people transitioning into young adulthood and struggling with emotional, behavioral, or mental health disorders.
