At Journey Home Young Adult, we see the transition to young adulthood as an event to be celebrated! As with any life transition, there are unique challenges that face Texas teens as they enter young adulthood – which is why we have cultivated a supportive and intentional community to encourage teens during this time. Even more unique are the circumstances that teens who have previously been in treatment face during this time. They know that they need a bit more support and structure than other young adults might. Everyone in our community understands and respects the progress these people have made on their individual journeys of self discovery. This is why Journey Home Young Adult was created: to help guide teens with emotional, behavioral, or mental health disorders during their transition into young adulthood.
