Journey Home Young Adult helps teens ages 18-23 in need of additional guidance after graduation from a residential treatment program. Clients work towards building independent living skills in order to transition successfully into adulthood.

A typical client in the Journey Home Young Adult program is a young person who has seen growth in self-confidence, emotional maturity, and self-motivation. Our clients have specific goals that they wish to reach during their time at our program. These goals can range from academics to career goals. They are focused on improving emotional, physical and relational health.

Wisconsin Young Women Transitioning into Adulthood at Failure to Launch Programs

At Journey Home Young Adult, we see the transition to young adulthood as an event to be celebrated! We have cultivated a supportive and intentional community to encourage Wisconsin teens to face the unique challenges of life transitions, particularly into young adulthood. Young people who have previously been in treatment are in unique situations during this transition. They know that they need a bit more support and structure than other young adults might. Everyone in our community understands and respects the progress these people have made on their individual journeys of self discovery. This is why Journey Home Young Adult was created: to help guide teens with emotional, behavioral, or mental health disorders during their transition into young adulthood.
