Journey Home Young Adult is a transitional living program for young women in Salt Lake City, Utah. Journey Home Young Adult offers young women ages 18-23 with mental health, emotional, or behavioral disorders additional support during this transition. Their goal is to help young women from DC and across the country find lasting success.
