How We’re Different From Other Failure To Launch Programs

Journey Home Young Adult is different from other failure to launch programs because we serve teens that have completed a treatment program just before enrolling at Journey Home Young Adult. The transition to young adulthood can be a difficult time, so we focus on this population to support the gains that these teens have made in other treatment program. In our transitional living setting, we are uniquely equipped to help navigate issues that teens face, including depression, anxiety, academic struggles, and low self-esteem due to years of prior experience.

Our warm and welcoming home is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This big city is an ideal location for Journey Home Young Adult as it is a great place for teens to live, learn, work, and play. Journey Home Young Adult has helped many teens from Delaware thrive by using us as their launching point into a successful young adulthood.
