Failure to Launch Programs For Missouri Young Adults

Getting Help at Failure To Launch Programs for Missouri Young Adults

The idea of getting help from somewhere outside of your traditional support system can be a daunting task, but this is exactly what failure to launch programs are designed to do. Failure to launch programs help Missouri young adults get out of their comfort zone, get into a place where they can be independent and successful, and move forward with their lives. Many young women have found hope through Journey Home Young Adult, an independent living program for 18-23 year old women. Although Journey Home Young Adult is located in Utah, we have worked with young women from Missouri and around the country to find their path toward a healthy, sustainable young adulthood experience.

who we help

We help young women ages 18-23 who need ongoing support after completing a prior, more intensive treatment program. Our clients are developing independence while making the transition into healthy young adulthood.

A typical client in the Journey Home Young Adult program is a young lady who has made significant strides in areas of emotional development, self-motivation, self-confidence and a sense of emotional maturity. They have specific goals they are committed to in the areas of academics, vocational and career choices. Our clients are focusing on emotional, physical and relational health.

How We’re Different From Other Failure To Launch Programs

Unlike other failure to launch programs, Journey Home Young Adult serves young women that have completed another treatment program just before enrolling. The transition to young adulthood can be a difficult time, so we focus on this population to support the gains that these young women have made in other treatment program. Our clinical staff has had years of experience in transitional living settings, helping young women navigate issues like depression, anxiety, academic struggles, and low self esteem.

Our supportive and nurturing home is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This big city is an ideal location for Journey Home Young Adult as it is a great place for young people to live, learn, work, and play. Journey Home Young Adult has helped many young women from Missouri thrive by using us as their launching point into a successful young adulthood.
