Independent Living Programs For Massachusetts Young Adults

Getting Help At Independent Living Programs for Massachusetts Young Adults

Independent living programs for young adults work with Massachusetts young adults to help them achieve greater autonomy and independence. Every program is varied, typically serving clients over 18 and into their twenties and can either be single gender or co-ed. While there are occasionally programs that are local to their clients, many times Massachusetts young adults are best served when they are in a new place and environment, in order to truly gain independent living skills. Although we are located in Utah, young women from Massachusetts have found their path toward a healthy, sustainable life through Journey Home Young Adult’s program.

who we help

At Journey Home Young Adult, we work with young women between the ages of 18-23 who are seeking additional support after completing a therapeutic program such as wilderness therapy programs or residential treatment centers. The clients we work with are hoping to develop and hone independent living skills that will help them transition smoothly into a successful young adulthood.

Our clients have taken initial steps towards improving emotional development, self confidence, and self esteem but need guidance and support to achieve their individual goals. Throughout their time at Journey Home Young Adult, clients focus on developing skills based on self set goals in areas like academics, their career or vocation, and relationships.

Journey Home Young Adult is an independent living program for young adults from Massachusetts. Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, Journey Home Young Adult has helped young women from Massachusetts and all over the country find success and healing in our supportive program. Our program is specifically designed to meet the needs of our young adult population, providing the right balance of independence, community, and support.
