Our Transitional Living Program For Young Adults: A Supportive Environment

Although young adults crave independence, they also crave a sense of belonging in a community. Journey Home Young Adult understands and appreciates the uniqueness of this transitional period for young adults. Our community provides a supportive space for like-minded teens to develop friendships, grow from past experiences, and mature into independent young adults. Journey Home Young Adult was created for teens ages 18-23 who are looking for ongoing support after completing a therapeutic program as they transition into adulthood.

Though we are located in Utah, we have helped teens from West Virginia and all over find happiness and success during this period of growth and change. We focus on finding small, daily successes to encourage bigger steps toward a thriving young adulthood experience. At Journey Home Young Adult, we want our students to feel empowered about the life choices they are making. We integrate a principle-based living approach to empower students to reach their goals.
