Why Choose Journey Home Young Adult?

Journey Home Young Adult, a leading independent living program in Utah, works with teens from New Hampshire and across the country to find support and healing during the transition into adulthood. The size of our program creates a nurturing community and allows us to meet the individual needs of each young woman. We allow our students to define their own version of success and pursue their own path, as success depends on context and culture.

With our small student body of 10-11 young women, our independent living program can be tailored to meet the exact needs of each of our students. Our students each have a diverse array of interests – we want them to all be empowered to pursue their own dreams, and with a small program like ours, they have the ability to do just that! As they are transitioning to young adults, we believe they deserve to have the flexibility to make choices and decisions for themselves. Our program is designed to allow for this flexibility with day-to-day decisions.

Our small program size gives young adults from New Hampshire the chance to explore a variety of greater opportunities. Starting on day one, our staff is there every step of the way to offer individualized attention and support. From smaller fears to bigger decisions, our mentors are here to help.
