Our Transitional Living Program For Young Adults: A Supportive Environment

Journey Home Young Adult is a transitional living program for young adults that understands and appreciates this unique transitional period. We offer a safe and supportive space for like-minded young women to grow and mature, all while building community and developing friendships. Journey Home Young Adult serves young women ages 18-23 that have completed a therapeutic program and are looking for ongoing support as they transition into young adulthood.

Though we are located in Utah, we have helped young women from Utah and all over find happiness and success during this period of growth and change.
